Please don't send us PHI through this Site
Our website contact and consultation forms are a convenient way to say hello — but they are not a secure or HIPAA-protected channel. Please share only what's needed to reach you. Do not include diagnoses, medical history, medication details, or other sensitive health information in a web form or email.
When it's time to discuss your child's care, we'll move the conversation to a phone call or our secure patient portal.
Children's privacy
Although we care for children, this Site is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults — not for use by children. Any information about a child that appears on the Site (such as a child's first name and age on an intake form) is provided by a parent or guardian.
